These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) apply to spiritsgrace.com and every page on it (the “Site”), run by Spirit's Grace Publishing (“Spirit's Grace,” “we,” “us”). Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement by using this site

By visiting, browsing or otherwise using the Site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy page. No separate sign-up or click is needed: using the Site is your acceptance. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. If you are under 18, please use the Site with a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms for you.

2. Prices and international exchange rates

Our books are sold by Amazon, not directly by us. Prices shown on the Site are list prices for reference only. Our main list prices are $9.99 in the United States, €9.99 in the European Union, and £8.99 in the United Kingdom (£9.99 for Christmas Animals and Rainforest & Jungle).

Prices in other countries vary slightly based on international exchange rates. Because exchange rates change daily, and because each Amazon store sets its own final price, the price you see at checkout may differ from any price shown on the Site. Local taxes, VAT, duties, shipping and Amazon promotions may also change the final amount.

Prices on the Site are not an offer to sell and are not binding. The price shown by Amazon at the time you order is the only price that applies. We may change our list prices at any time without notice, and we are not responsible for typing errors or for prices that are out of date.

3. Purchases through Amazon

When you click a buy link, you leave our Site and go to Amazon. Every order, payment, delivery, return and refund is handled by Amazon under Amazon's own terms and policies. We do not process payments and do not control Amazon's prices, stock, shipping times or customer service. Amazon and the Amazon logo are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates.

4. Pricing differences and limitation of liability

You agree that Spirit's Grace is not liable for any difference between a price shown on the Site and the price charged by any Amazon store or other seller, including differences caused by exchange rates, taxes, regional pricing, promotions or price changes. You agree not to bring any claim, demand or legal action against Spirit's Grace based on such differences.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Spirit's Grace, its owners and its partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of money, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or of any product bought through it. If we are found liable for anything, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the book in question, or US $10, whichever is less.

5. Our intellectual property

Everything on the Site and in our books is owned by Spirit's Grace Publishing or used with permission, and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws in the United States and other countries. This includes, without limitation:

• our books, book titles, covers and interior pages;
• all illustrations, line art, coloring pages and artwork;
• the color guides, in full color and as PDF downloads;
• photos, images, animal characters, decorations and page designs;
• book themes, series concepts and the way our content is chosen and arranged;
• fun facts, text and other written content; and
• the names “Spirit's Grace Publishing” and “Wild Explorers,” our logos and our branding.

All rights are reserved. Buying a book or visiting the Site does not give you ownership of any of this content.

6. What you may do

You may view the Site for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print the free color guides, and color pages from a book you own, for use in your own home or classroom. You may share a link to any page on the Site.

7. What you may not do

Unless we give you written permission first, you may not:

• copy, reproduce, scan, photocopy for distribution, republish, sell, rent or share our books, artwork, images or color guides;
• upload our pages or color guides to other websites, marketplaces, file-sharing services or social media as downloadable files;
• use our artwork, characters, themes or designs on products, printables, merchandise or books of your own;
• create books, coloring pages or other works that copy or closely imitate our artwork, themes, series design or branding;
• use our names, logos or the Wild Explorers brand in a way that suggests you are us or are endorsed by us;
• use any of our content to train, fine-tune or prompt artificial intelligence or machine-learning systems, or to generate similar artwork; or
• scrape, harvest or bulk-download content from the Site by automated means.

Any unauthorized use ends your permission to use the Site and may break copyright and trademark laws. We will enforce our rights, which may include takedown notices and legal action.

8. Reporting copying

If you see our work being used without permission, or you believe something on our Site infringes your rights, please tell us through the contact form on our About page.

9. Links to other websites

The Site links to websites we do not control, such as Amazon. We are not responsible for their content, prices, policies or practices.

10. No warranties

The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep information accurate, but we do not promise that the Site, its prices or its content are complete, current or free of errors, or that the Site will always be available.

11. Your responsibility

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Spirit's Grace, its owners and its partners from any claims, losses or costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your misuse of the Site or our content, or from your breach of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, and you agree to their jurisdiction. If you live outside the United States, you may also have consumer rights under your local law that these Terms cannot take away.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page and changing the date at the top. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the new Terms.

14. General

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a right right away, we have not given it up. These Terms, together with our Privacy page, are the full agreement between you and us about the Site.
